It is very important today that we encourage our women to come out and share their thought in every aspect of our society. There are women among us who have done a lot for the society for the country; furthermore, women who gave us hand on 1971 and 1952 but we hardly know some of them they are not getting enough for their contribution and if we cannot give them enough for their contribution than in future we will not be able to see any contribution from them as they will get demotivated so this is one of the biggest reason for me to take this step of talking about women as its in need of time that we bring them out and encourage them to take equal step as men does.

We believe, AAMRA NARI,this effort of the program will be a great part of the history and a platform to impact and to improvement the generation to be confident, self- reliant and lead the society as well as. Behind the series’ success story of these successful women along with their education, learning, experience, knowledge, struggle, dedication, hard work and their goal towards successes and the realistic experience; the journey will be very motivational and potential for the generation and will inspire the upcoming female leaders. In the current world, women are moving in the mountains, sports, politics, corporates, and various field of leadership from generation to generation! Women’s participation is visible everywhere globally now.
